When an automaker says it is electrifying its cars, it doesn’t have to mean a fully electric vehicle. It might be something like the MINI Cooper S E Countryman ALL4. Simply put, it’s a plug-in hybrid. Does it have the goods to attract buyers by the truckload? Tom Voelk checks it out.
